I'm sorry to hear that the wallpaper isn't working for you. As of typing this I have tried this wallpaper on two computers aside from my own and on each occasion the wallpaper worked perfectly fine. If you would like you could try unsubscribing from the wallpaper and re-subscribe to see if it functions properly after being freshly reinstalled.
