Raymond du Puy de Provene is part of the civilization and comes with the civ, just as Montezuma leads the Aztecs. To get him and the civ you just need to subscribe to it and activate it in the mods section.
This mod requires both BNW and G&K. When you say "get Raymond" what exactly do you mean?
I didn't notice that in my testing. I'll have to fix that.
The civ becomes more powerful in combination with mods that allow City States to expand. This is not a bad thing as such, just a point to note.
I don't especially care about the Med2 screenshot, except: You've used the dismounted models. The unit you're using it with is mounted. ????
