I am convinced we are not playing the same game lol!! This is INCREDIBLE.

You probably have a path too close to the blueprint, or maybe water. A blueprint (habitat) always wants to modify terrain, but terrain close to path and water is not modifiable.

It won't let me place this in my zoo. It says "Terrain Not Modified." What am I doing wrong?

Thanks I did figure it out. Next assets will be posted with Links to my Goggle Drive so the user can load them into their media file.

I'm not entirely sure if I got you right, but in general the image needs to be selected in the billboard when you save it as a blueprint. And when you upload them to the workshop the picture files need to have same filename on google-drive (for example) as they had in your project.
For any other problems you could try to post in discussions on steam or even on the reddit forum of planet zoo.

Morning Haribo, when I build assets like yours with custom Billboards or screens, and then put them in the workshop they don't show the images when downloaded to a device that doesn't have them loaded in the media file. But they show the media file installed. How can I get the images to showup in this situation?

@Monte-The turd 3rd - Turn off "Angle Snap" and connect the coffee counter with the toilet first, from there it should be easy to connect the rest and lead a path outside
