I'm not entirely sure if I got you right, but in general the image needs to be selected in the billboard when you save it as a blueprint. And when you upload them to the workshop the picture files need to have same filename on google-drive (for example) as they had in your project.
For any other problems you could try to post in discussions on steam or even on the reddit forum of planet zoo.

Where do I find these architecture pieces? I would like to try some hand on it!!!
