I suggest using pentos tac apparel for the gasmasks (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1798842708) specifically this gas mask: MMM Company Profession Mask

I took the files from the original mod, imported it into unity, found the right meshes and added them back to the model, and changed the tag/layer. If youd like a full walkthrough I can show you on discord. GRIM#2171
