I love this mod - i got used to it very fast and can't play without it! I encountered an issue however: it suddenly stopped worked - just loaded a save of teh run where I surved for 3 months with this mod and all of a sudden iit doesn't work any more :/ Any idea what I can do? I tried to resubscribe already...

Hi I have a strange issue with True smoking and Hemp and Tobacco, when I use the pipe from hemp and tobacco, True smoking will create a wearable pipe to use, but I believe this mod will find this pipe and place it back, and in this way the true smoking mod, will remove the pipe . I don't know if there is a way to place an exception for that item.

@PePePePePeil Hey I noticed B42 introduced it's own logic for un-equipping and re-equipping headgear when eating, it seems to work fine still with your mod enabled for eating food still but I think its not needed anymore. I only mention this because Its hard to bypass now when hooking into the native game functions that handle that since your mod wraps it above that. If Im correct on that it might be a good idea to just have that option off by default on b42, but maybe im wrong on this.

Thanks for the suggestion. It's true that if the spoons and forks aren't in the inventory, they won't be used at mealtime. Of course, mod can technically accommodate this. However, that support is a bit different from the concept of this mod and I believe this issue is on the vanilla side. This “search range of items to be processed” varies even in vanilla's actions, and I think it is a leak in the vanilla implementation, so I encourage you to submit an official request for B42 unstabled test. (As a modder, I think this is a problem that should be addressed on the vanilla side, not by the mods. We, as a modder, think that it is important to determine whether the problem should be solved by vanilla or by mods. I'm sorry for your suggestion.)

Sealed beer can only be drunk if it is opened in the first place. However, my “Picking Meister” mod allows “Open and Drink”, is that an error? I have enabled this (Tidy Up Meister) mod and tried "Open" and "Open and Drink", but no errors. Please contact me with the details there, as there is a dedicated report thread in the Discussion.

Do you mean that the magazine that you will insert is in the bag (A), you took out and insert the magazine on reload (B), and then when you reload again (C), does it return to the original bag? If this understanding is correct, the answer is “it does not return to the bag, it remains in the inventory". Technically speaking, the mod does not cover the automatic return because the action is temporarily interrupted at B to C above. Technically, I can solve this problem, but I consider it a bit of an overreach for this mod, so I have decided not to address it at this time.

When reloading, does the mag into the backpack (when the mag is taken from the backpack)? Or it goes straight to your character inventory

What didn't work was using items out of a drawer by doing actions in the medical menu. It is fixed now. I added mods, removed a few and I am on a new save. My save had 5+ game crashes. I suspect that something was messed up because I couldn't consume antibiotics from that same drawer and nothing has changed since that happening and starting a new game. Tested it all at same place with debug.

I have tested the operation when wearing a gas mask as you reported in 42.3.1, as well as the basic functions of this mod, and they work without problems. Please let me know under what situations it did not work, as I believe there are possibilities of conflicts with other mods and functions that have not been fully checked.

I dont know what you all are talking about, the mod is doing what is supposed to me, with the last patch(42.3.1).

Most people just subscribe to a bunch of mods, activate them, then game starts going haywire(even worse now that is in a unstable version), and then come to the mod owners complaining the mods arent compatible or it broke their game, that is why you should active one by one, and heavly test your mod list.

I have 300h in the game, 200 of them testing my mod list in the previous build, i had 650+ mod working together with no errors at all, but that takes alot of time and alot of patiente, things that most people nowdays dont want to spend, they just want to click on a button and voilá.

yeah, mod is broken, when i try eat, character 1 - take off gass mask, and stop.
after that i can just eat gfood, just using it again

I haven't been able to play much B42 because of all the mod support, and I'm new to taking milk, so I don't have the specs down, but I've tried it and there were no errors. If you post the error message in the discussion thread or give me details of the situation where the error occurs, I will investigate additionally. Thank you.

Hi! I love this mod so much, it's truly integral to the PZ experience for me. Thank you for all your hard work!

I think I've encountered a bug though - whenever I try to milk a cow with the wooden bucket / largebucket, the game throws an error and seems to delete the bucket completely. The error reader *seems* to refer to Tidy Up Meister, but that might just be my lack of skills at reading error logs. x)
Just figured I'd mention it though. The regular metal buckets have no such issue.

Thanks for the additional information. I tried replacing the batteries in that mod, with it on the belt, but did not find it necessary to re-equip it. It is possible that this has been addressed on the vanilla or that mod's side. I'm going to put it on hold for now, as it doesn't need my mod will be able to handle it additionally.

Your mod (along some others) try to write into & consequently create a modOptions.ini instead of the intended ModOptions.ini. This confuses PZ and breaks the mod menu on case sensitive file systems (basically everything but Windows file systems).

I tried it with Common Sense and it remained attached to the belt even after removing the batteries from the flashlight worn on the belt, so I didn't think there was any need to specifically address this with a mod, am I mistaken?

Also, for some reason I mistakenly thought the function was “the flashlight turns on when it is refitted, so if it was off before refitting, it will turn off when refitted” and implemented that one. Do you need this function? lol

On a separate note, I have a mod that I would like to support, and I will also check the flashlight at that time. For flashlight, I would have to add a different logic ever, but I think I can probably do it. Please wait a little longer.

Oh I got the mods mixed up. Its not BTSE server edition. its the old Bikini tools mod. but none the less, its not your mod causing the issue.

@PePePePePeil Hey, so i did some more testing, and i would like to apologize, its not your mod. Turns out BTSE (bikini tools server edition) also has a re quip method, and that re equip method is the one causing the issue, your mod works fine. We were unaware that Bikini tools also had the function.

Thanks for the additional information. I tried the “Make Tin Foil Hat” recipe with this mod enabled in B42 and had no problems. I have taken a video so you can see if my steps are correct.

Since the mod only uses the vanilla function to re-equip and move items back to their original location, I don't believe that the items will ever be duplicated. Is this problem occurrence B41? Or is it B42? Also, can you give me exact information as to what mods you used and how you performed the operation? And I would appreciate it if you could send your bug report to the dedicated report thread in the Discussion.

Is there any chance of making flashlights in the belt return to the belt after having a battery inserted on them? (Both "common sense" and "simple flashlights on belt" have the feature of attaching flashlight to belt)

@PePePePePeil I think you can do it with any item. Equip it in your primary hand, then enter a vehicle. while in the vehicle queue up a recipe that would use the entire item and while the recipe is progressing hit the exit vehicle button, as soon as the recipe is finished your guy will automatically exit the vehicle which will return the item to your hands but it still gets used up in the recipe.

Thank you for your suggestion. Indeed, the flashlight is a vanilla feature that automatically turns on when equipped. I have added it to my TODO list and will see if it can be supported once the B42 support is settled! And thank you for answering on my behalf, I haven't been able to play B42 because of the B42 support and it has been very helpful!

FRENCH : in the game there is a problem with the French version, the letters with accents (é, à, ù) are replaced by ? it's unreadable, you have to change the file charset from UTF-8 to Cp1252 you have all the information below

Hello, so if you enter a vehicle while holding a gun, then upon getting into the vehicle you re-equip the gun manually then dismantle it by means of a gun repair mod or salvaging mod, then immediately queue exiting the vehicle, your character will exit as soon as the recipes done dismantling the gun but your code adds that gun back to their hands, essentially duplicating the gun

I'm having an issue with Arsenal Gunfighter Main Mod 2.0 and tidy up meister when reloading shotguns and shotguns only either the ammo is duplicating or the guns are duplicating. When we take out one or the other mod this bug stops, have you heard or know a work around for this issue?

I love this mod, if I had to only pick one mod to play with, this would be it. Sadly... It isn't appearing in my mod list for build 42...Any ideas?
