Not begging for a fix, just noticed it today when I went to salvage my pile of scrap parts. Also not excluding the possibility of a load order issue, but I double-checked and it is bottom of load order. I figured I'd start here since PF is a brand new mod with brand new cars.
Cheers!
Cannot invoke "java.lang.Class.getDeclaredConstructor(java.lang.Class[])" because "<parameter2>.handler" is null

I just reverted back to the last version which was working fine. I'm guessing Steam is taking a while to update it or, if you're using a hosting service for your server, its an issue with that.
In server-console.txt :
WARN : Mod , 1749485912168> 17,799,331,521> ZomboidFileSystem.loadModAndRequired> required mod "Vehicle Repair Overhaul" not found.
I can see ithe mod in the files.
