I feel like the down sides should be that the heal rate is reduced by 60-70% and that it can't overheal. Maybe even going as far as decreasing the uber duration to like 5-6 seconds?

I understand what you were trying to do here, but you completely removed the point of medic entirely with these stats. Why not simply reduce the healing by quite a bit, or keep the healing the same, just reduce the uber rate.

i don't like the stats....but the model is really great

I like it. Gives Medics a battle option. Though could sue a little reworking of the stats, but overall nice.

As a medic main if im not shoving a medi gun up someones ass the team will be pissed off I like the idea of the medi gun but not healing would piss of the team a lot

I think its a great idea, but it probably wouldnt be that good in comp. Even though i dont play comp, i watch a lot of competitive games, and overheal is nescessary. In a casual match though having two medics, one with this weapon, could completly dominate a game. Great idea, but stats are a bit all over the place. Once again love the idea

Looks good. but the stats are as bad as a psycho's mental status. it ruins the point of medic and you may as well not play medic. his name is the medic, not the sniper, not the soldier, not the scout.

Concept-wise, it's a weapon that doesn't help.
It more or less requires your team to NOT require a Medic, which means your presence does nothing to the team until you have an Uber. Your team needs an absolute advantage over the other team for you to be able to get an Uber.
On the other hand, if your team is useless or even just average, good luck even deploying a single charge.

no it is op the uberand crits are bad enough but the uber gun is made for damage

The stats are still going to need a little work, however the model looks like nothing I ever seen before so the stats can pass.

A weapon with stats that actually seem balanced and look great for experienced players... This weapon is something else. If anything, I don't even play Medic. I can't play Medic for ♥♥♥♥, but as soon as I saw this amazing work of art I knew I was in for a treat. This is one of the best weapon designs I have seen on the workshop. The weapon stats are balanced and they are interesting. Promoting a Combat Medic is something I'd like to see, and this weapon not only shows the reward of something like that, but would work wonders with Ubersaw veterans. Those who do criticize weapons like these don't look at the pros of these weapons. They are there for those who want something different. If you can't heal with the Medigun, use the Crusaders Crossbow. It's a Combat Medic tool.

I think change 'does not heal' to -45%heal speed and charge when you heal with your crossbow
