Will this mod work on a save match?

it works perfecly fine for me in my b41, pumps can refill both my propane tank and torch

not working, all my gas stations are not useable, u cant get gas and propane rn

Is the propane levels dependent on the gas levels at the station or is it a completely different "storage" or is it infinite available propane?

Just confirming for any Steam Deck players:

This doesn't work using the menu button on controllers, but will work if you right click. add a way to right click on Deck and it's fine.

Can you not refill an empty propane tank? It works when the tank has a bit of fuel left but not when empty.

Not working? I can't seem to get it to work on a previous save, is something broken or is it incompatible with one or more of my mods i'm using? I have a lot of the filibusters car mods, and one that changes the propane tanks, and rv interiors, but i cannot get the tanks/torches to be refillable at any gas pumps.

To make it work in B42, replace all instances of getUsedDelta() in every .lua files in this mod with getCurrentUsesFloat().
Of course, you also need to modify the mod folder path to match the B42 standard.

I'm not playing the B42 beta, but is this mod no longer working? I have "tainted water" in a propane truck. Is this a potential "thing" with the propane trucks? It appears a number of the mods I had running prior to B42 going to live Beta yesterday are no longer working, even though I'm still running B41.

For saved games you also need to enable it in your saved game modlist.

It is showing it in main menu mods where it says enabled but when I go into my saved game and pause it then look on mods in the bottom right corner I am not seeing it on my mods list, when I see it enabled in main menu. ????

does this mod work on existing singleplayer saves?

Would be great if there was an option for usage multiplier or something. So a configurable option to set how much fuel propane drains.

Ok it finally worked for me, in my save game when I have the empty propane tank in my inventory and then activating the mod and continuing the game, it wouldn't let me refill the propane tank, I disabled the mod, and then put the propane tank somewhere else that is not my inventory, quit, enable the mod, then load the game and pick the tank back up, it finally allowed me to refill the propane tank.

Strange, I tried everything and refilling propane tank still doesn't work on my existing save, made sure I had an empty propane tank and everything, only worked for refilling propane torches (haven't tested with propane trucks). Refilling the propane tanks only started working when I started a new game.

@Mystic Mayhem, .lua is one of the easiest scripting languages there is. Just read some tutorials (great videos out there) and check the .lua of your personal fav. existing PZ mods to see how variables work and where they apply etc., you'll have it in no time. Become the next great PZ mod maker, yo ;)

I love the mod. I wish there was an option to have the propane have its own storage and eventually run out, right now you can have unlimited propane refuels as long as there is gas left.. seems a tad op.

For filling filibuster's trucks park it on the fuel cap side of the pump and right click on the pump not the truck to fill truck. Took me a while just now trying to find a sweet spot but all i had to do was right click the pump lol.

is propane limited like gasoline?
