@The Fly Swatter - i'd recommend either downloading it from civfnatics or if that doesn't work it might be a compatability issue.

For some reason the armored units (armored cars, tanks, the like) are all turned so the front of the vehicle is in the ground. I tried redownloading the mod and its still the same. I haven't had any trouble with normal infantry though.

Also unit ideas of what I got
- Hunter Infantry who are in the Industrial Era are based off the German Jaeger and French Chasseur who were Elite Troops in 1860s Europe
- Storm Infantry based off the Elite Troops called Storm Troopers in WW1.
- Commandos is pretty obvious.

Also for Skin ideas

- Hunter INFANTRY would resemble the Rifleman
- Storm Infantry would be the WW1 German Storm Troopers
- Commando Infantry would resemble the British Red Beret Commando
Global Era Soldiers would resemble Soldiers from the Cold War (Vietnam War)
Information Era Soldiers (Assault Infantry and Strike Infantry) would be Present Day Soldiers

For Skins in the original mod, while the mod was good the only thing that kind of bothered me was the Modern Marine. It's just the Tiger Stripes Camo kinda seemed a little out of place.

I don't know how to mod and I don't intend to, but you could use the idea. Also fp the fact that it could be made compatible with the JFD Enlightenment Era Mod: Also another Idea.

- Rifleman (Vanilla)

Got it fixed by reinstalling, anyways I did have a similar idea in mind with your mod with the units with a new era:

Atomic Era (WW2)
- Infantry (Vanilla)
- Marine (Vanilla)
- Paratrooper (Vanilla)
- Commando Infantry (New Unit)
- Armoured Scout Car (New Unit)
- Tank (Vanilla)

Global Era (Cold War)
- General Infantry (Replaces Infantry)
- Shock Infantry (Replaces Marine)
- Airborne Infantry (Replaces Paratrooper)
- Covert Forces Infantry (Replaces Commando Infantry)
- APC (Replaces Armoured Scout Car)
- Battle Tank (Replaces Tank)

Information Era

- Special Forces Infantry (Replaces Covert Forces Infantry)

For some reason my Infantry upgrades into Mechanized Infantry instead of Modern Infantry.

@Mosile - I'm thinking the UNIT_CLASSES must have gotten messed up since you can't see the units in the civilopedia

I would find TXT_KEY_HEAVY_CALVERY and the like and they would have strengh and attack with no problems. I also now have a problem where it is downloaded and appers to be ativated in game, but none of your units are avalible nor do they show up in the civopedia. I deleted the mod and im gona redownload it and see what happens if i leave the copies of the units alone.

@Mosile - Do the unit names say "TXT_KEY_UNIT_EXPAMPLE"? also do the units have combat strength?

I check out the XML texts to see if I somehow deleted the production costs option but it still remined intact in text but not in-game (still had civopedia enteries, however they where TXT_KEYed).

Im surprised it went from working one game to kinda working in another without any changes besides unit delettion.

If you could explain to me what I could be doing wrong, I would apprechate the help, but besides these minor errors, this unit pack indeed works near perfectly with bigger projects for me at least

I have played this mod severial times with other mods such as The Enlightenment Era, George's unit expansion and Future worlds and I can say it works most of the time with no to almost no problems.

Because EE adds in many units already made in this mod, I had to manually remove unit files belonging to the Skirmisher, Curassier, Line infintry, Protected Cruiser and Explorer. I would have liked to keep these units in and just alter there names and tech placement just to avoid unit conflict and to add flavor, but my knollage with XML is basic and I decided just removing said units would be easier.

First time worked just fine, second time all units I left in had TXT_KEY errors, but where still playable, however the most recent game I played wouldn't allow me to build or buy with gold, but instead could only obtain with faith.

Is there a possibility that you could include civilizations from the DLC's such as BNW and G&K? Just Morocco doesnt have any, nor does Brazil, etc. So i was hoping that you could make a new one or just an update for this. Thanks!

Ohh another problem I noticed recently, the animation for the Mobile Artillery when attacking doesn't show up. I only hear the sound of the rockets firing but no animation for the bombardment.

It looks like it is siinking but I found a way to fix it. If you mod the R.E.D. Modpack along with this Mod for some reason it gets fixed.

Dude, this is a great expansion. I love mods that actually change the skin of the unit instead of just changing the stats. It would be great if you could fix the animation problem with the ATGM Vehicle and the Motorized Infantry, it looks like it is sinking. :)

For some reason when I updated it today it crashes my game and it wont appear in the mod menu anymore. I've uninstalled the game, deleted all the files, reinstalled it and it still crashes my game.

for some reason all of the tank/mechanized units aside from the armored car and basic civ ones are shown front side inside of the ground. It looks like the units sank half way face first. Is there a fix for this?

I can't bring myself to use this anymore. It's got pretty clear balance issues.
Plus I'd like to develop Mechanized infantry without it costing me a fortune in metal resources.
I know that statement is a little ironic in a way but the mech infantry is one of my favorite units.

I swarmed the baddies with them as Denmark on my very first game. It was a lot of fun.

Love this mod! Im not sure if you are still working on it, but if so my only suggestion is that you look over some of the units. For example the Reconaissance Tank is pointless as it costs oil and is the same as your average tank. I would have expected it to have more movement.
