it doesn't show me having the legacy, or unhide the legacy line, but I can build the tower regardless.
The Legendary Watchtower can't be built anymore. It says I need the "Down in History" Legacy, which isn't in the game with this mod. Checking the mod, that's now under the "Legitimacy" legacy line, which is no longer accessible I guess?
The dynasty perks being locked behind the entire lines of other perks, then on top of that also locked behind additional situational requirements, seems to be the opposite of that design goal.
It would be great to see this mod redesigned with the goal of flexibility and build making in mind, like Veritas.
I have lots of perks not visiible, only on the legacies of this mod (I have other mods that add legacy track and no problem with them)

I use lots of mod so it could be a conflicts, but I don't see which one could conflict with this (mainly because I have issue only with hiraeth)
Not yet. It has zero support for any systems introduced with 1.13.x
I really do want to play Hireath and Veritas together.
