It seems like Taranchuk made the 1.4 update months ago, and it was just sitting on his Github, waiting for Mezz to update the mod. But Mezz isn't responding, so... here's the 1.4 update https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2968309214

metamorphose could do with being updated for 1.4 as it does not work as intended. Please updated your fantastic mod when you can !

So does this work with 1.4 or no? Because I'm getting mixed messages. Also if it doesn't what would be a good alternative to it? I also have archotech expanded.

imo, metamorphose is the best part of this mod
one simple operation, turn pawn into the super pawn.
less micro managing.

is a pity that doesn't work, otherwise archotech+ works basically just as well.

Yes, You can install metamorphose via operation. It will show in the health tab, But, all stats remain the same. It's broken for 1.4.

last time i did that on 1.3, the metamorphose gave ALL the archotech bionics on the colonist it was used - best results paired especially with FSF's bionics expansion mod

that's one of the reasons people are concerned about no 1.4 support or patch, because 50k for such a transformation is a reasonable godsend

you need to do it by adding and operation on the pawn and making other pawn operate on the pawn.

It works for 1.4, you just cant self install the cortext/metamorphose injector stuffs.

Archotech Metamorphosis adds archotech body parts but then the pawn doesn't wake up ever lol

Subdermal armor's <IncomingDamageFactor>-0.75</IncomingDamageFactor> and <IncomingDamageFactor>-0.5</IncomingDamageFactor> should be positive, since it multiplicative, and by now negative total factor = 0% incoming damage = invulnerability

Pls change <Flammability>0</Flammability> to <Flammability>-1</Flammability> of Bioadapter, cuz 0 = +0%, but -1 = -100%. It works like <ToxicSensitivity> at next line

Is it possible to swap out the "++" version with the "+" version mid-save? Especially if I already have a pawn that has the cortex installed.

Does the archotech metamorphose disable any surgery? I can schedule a pawn to have parts installed or removed, but can't tell anyone to operate on them.

This one is too OP for me, but I like the idea for the second version of your iteration of the original. Still, earlier when that version was called Archotech++ it was easy to distinguish it from the original. Now it's a bit confusing. Maybe add prefix "[Mezz]" in the mod name like the other authors do?

I did. I’ve uploaded two versions of this mod. If you want the balanced version, search for Archotech+.
