It's all good. I recommend using Alternative Mod Launcher. It works more reliably than the vanilla launcher.

It should still work fine in WOTC. I still use this mod myself. You might want to try "verify integrity of game files" or uninstall and reinstall is. What do you mean by "fr character?" the voice should work for regular soldiers, templars, skirmishers, reapers, and sparks.

yo, dunno if you're still maintaining this mod but love that one CRAZY girl voice (Wendy beloved) and im unable to use this on my me fr character because it doesn't seem to work for WOTC anymore. would LOVE to see it work and greatly appreciate an update

I wish I could do that! I had to do it the hard way. I played the game with the sound and music volume turned down to 0 and recorded it with OBS.

Agreed. I discovered the series late; just a little before I made this mod. There aren't really any other games similar to it except maybe Hogs of War for PS1 lol ;)

One of my best shocktroopers got killed because of Herbert. Watching him die will be very cathartic.
If you haven't already, play VC 4. Same gameplay format as 1, but more polished and with better writing (and more voice lines for each character, including the b-list squad members *wink wink*).

Alicia returned in VC4 DLC (along with rest of main Team 7), so you might get some more lines for her (and rest of the team if you plan to add them).
