I CANT FIND THE LOCATION

I've relaunched the game and tried unsubscribing a few times. the only add-on I can see is called "North ice cargo" but when i enable it i don't see any difference. I went to the add-on editor and saw the other when but when I loaded it in I still don't see anything spawn. any help? a video would be ideal
