Uh no, if you want to use workshop cosmetics, youd look them up in the workshop panel and spawn it, once there open the cosmetic and player you want it to go on and start moving the player bones to the cosmetic, the cosmetic should lock completely, once done pull zero all the way and it should latch on to your player.

I use the Item Chooser tool to add basically all the cosmetic items to the models. Is it possible to add Workshop items to this list so its easier to attach them?

I'm so glad that people started to post their TF2 workshop items at SFM workshop. Because at SFM workshop this items will really found their use unlike most of TF2 workshop items. Thank you, and excuse my English.
