@Madman_Andre (GNU Rick May) Concept of the mod is great, but the execution is less to be desired.

Like few comments have said, there is only ever Vanilla Icecream and nothing else that spawns. Even spawning in Ice cream trucks, they do not contain any icecream, let alone the new flavours. As for the icecream truck themselves, I appreciate some of the texture work, but the jingles are not what I expected. They sound too much on the creepy side than an actual sounding truck. Plus still being able to turn on red and blue lights like it's an emergency vehicle is very immersive breaking.

This has the potential of being a great mod if these issues were ironed out, plus adding a freezer like container at the back of the van would be a huge plus like the other Ice cream truck mod, but even it has it's issues.

Y do i only find tubs of vanilla?

Now we just need a mod that has an ice cream maker. Recipe = Water + milk + fruit + Sugar + Ice Cream maker.

There seems to be a bug and I do not find any of the other varieties or sizes of ice cream. Maybe needs an update? Idk.

I mean really! You guys (Modders in general) take time out of your day to make these adjustments, that to the normal player, we can't even begin to comprehend how to do this shit, and you offer it to us free of charge! you don't have to do it, and I imagine it's mostly for your own enjoyment, but you share it with us, and make our games so much better. People should show a little more appreciation for that, instead of making demands, or criticizing. I can understand request, or recommendations, but there's a way to do that without being a dick. Thanks for all your hard work!

I have close to 300 mods, none touch loading screens or anything they are not supposed too. Why out of 300 mods would I want a ice cream mod to do extra? Its just not for me thats why I asked for a different version.

Well, to be fair, when i installed this mod, it changed the game loading screen to begin ranting about how all the ice cream is gone, demanding to know where all the ice cream is. I assume he is getting the same

The tragedy, is that there is no way to craft ice cream even in the modded game.

Can we get a version that doesnt change loading screens and add a bunch of random stuff? Just adds more ice creams and thats it?

I'm still investigating that bug. It's possible that it was an old version of the mod.

he probably did that because vanilla flavoring comes from a beavers butt, and no one is going to be excited to eat beaver shit. (why do you think some brands make a point to label themselves as vanilla BEAN vs vanilla?)

Each flavor has slightly different stats actually, with rarer flavors having better stats. And no, it shouldn't conflict with other mods.

Are the stats identicle to vanilla? or does each individual ice cream flavor have various stats? any mod conflicts with food mods or whatnot?

If you want the vanilla text, you can delete the file called "UI_EN.txt" inside the mod's files.

It changes the writings before starting the game ''That is how you died'' to ''Where is my bloody ice-cream?'' Is there a way to change it to default but keep the other things such as items and van?

Keep in mind though that the items won't generate retroactively. I.e., you will need to explore new areas of the map to find them.

So I have plans to integrate some recipes and mechanics from my cooking mod into ICM. More specifically, the recipes to make homemade ice cream from All American Apocalypse.

However, right now I am focusing on making world models for my mods/items that still lack them, so it's a ways off. :)
