I think there is a slight mismatch between the Epicurean meme and the Vanilla Cooking Expanded - Haute meals. My colonists won't eat the haute meals automatically, and when I right click a meal with the pawn, it says "Disliked Food". There are no disliked ingredients in the food, and when I force them to eat the food they get all the correct mood buffs (and no negative food debuffs), they just won't eat the haute meals willingly.

Hello, I'm having an issue with the Corpse Rum Vat. I'm able to create fine rum with the bodies of my colonists (I'm doing the rum burial ritual for it to work), but I can't make the suspicious rum using the bodies of strangers; the body goes inside the barrel, and nothing else happens.

I'm also having the issue with the AlphaMemes.StatPart_MaxNutrition_CattlePrecept, it's ticking far more than it should, which isn't that much of a problem in it itself, but from what I can tell every time that method is called, Rimworld's internal MaxNutrition is also being called which averages out to 0.400ms per tick, which is costing me a considerable amount of FPS and TPS, is that something you could look into?

Is it normal that AlphaMemes.StatPart_MaxNutrition_CattlePrece(it's cut off, can't read the rest) gets called constantly even if none of my colonists and slaves have an ideo that has the meme? One of my slaves has Rancher from vanilla but that seems far fetched.

It's only 0.056ms average with 0.210ms spikes according to performance analyzer, and this mod is well worth the performance impact, but still

I'll scrap the playthrough because it certainly has bigger issues, and this particular one is probably a symptom of that (140tps on 32gb RAM and the best CPU I could afford xD) but I'm still putting this out

Not exactly a bug so posting here: Vampire hunter meme works weird in general. I got it with fluid ideology but pawns were already complaining about not killing any for a long time(-20 mood). When I went to a site, I encountered a bunch of recon armor guys when I had only 15k wealth. I also could just claim their stuff and trap them to starve. A bit cheesy and I don't think those are intended. At least not all of them

Issue below is caused by World Tech Level being set to Medieval, Alpha Memes tries to spawn the sanguophages under a random industrial pirate faction it seems. The pirate factions do not exist due to the World's Tech Level, so no sanguophages spawn. This doesn't produce any errors.

Fix is to disable the filter of factions in World Tech Level, and add a pirate faction to your world. This can be done mid-save by using Vanilla Framework Expanded's faction discovery tool.

I dont know if its just a me issue, but the baptism ritual requires the Baptismal font, but it doesnt appear in my game, and when i check the mod files there is no files for the font itself, just wondering if i can fix it somehow?

Yeah, the system is a bit odd but it works fine. All of my guys are now happily guzzling tea, and random body purity visitors are experiencing deep shame about having consumed the drug of tea, which I think is hysterical

With tea primacy enabled the drinking of tea is required, meaning that my colonists get a -12 mood problem if they don't drink tea. Is there some way of getting them to drink the tea automatically, or am I missing something? I'm not seeing it.

not sure if a bug or mod incompatability, but i tried to play the "Biological Reconstructors" Meme in my pure VRE Androids colony.
the issue is, that the androids dont get the "Analzye Creature" ability. I tested it with devmode and spawned a baseliner pawn with my ideo, and they instantly had it.

Does the animal database require the full meme it's associated with or just the precept? I enjoy making custom ideologies with dev mode but the animal database doesn't appear when I have the animal analysis precept and ability on their own, I assume it would show up if I had the full meme but I figured I'd check here in case this is unintended behavior.

So I tried an ideo with a Sparring Match ritual, and it just killed one of my pawns?

That's not sparring, that's a death match. I'm only running VE/Alpha mods.

How do I build a Tea Table? To have a tea ceramony. I assumed it would be in Idealogy, but its not. I started as a tribal start, and have other Vanilla Expanded mods primarily. My only guess is that its in something like complex furniture but its not listed in the search of research

Is there a way for me to turn off the new textures? i don't mind messing around with the files and stuff, it's just i really don't know what file i need to edit to turn it off.

i like this mod, but the extra textures destroys the performance of my crappy pc

Its alright I have 16gb ram on my gpu and 32gb system ram. I guess I'll do it myself. Changed some of the textures to 256x256 using AI its passable lol

Hey! First of all, amazing work on the mod, seriously, I can’t even play without it anymore.

Quick question: since VFE Vikings isn’t around and some of its features are now in VFE Medieval 2, is there any way to bring back pyre cremation funerals? I really miss having that more medieval/tribal feel without relying on a crematorium.

Would love to see that included if possible!
