Actually this mod adds the auto-till feature without adding anything else or changing any balance: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2497914485&searchtext=auto-plow

Do note that it only supports VPE tilling however.

Similar mod that adds the autogrow feature here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2880483951
also changes some of the fertility stats for rich soil so be aware but this is the closest to this mod while it gets updated

Is there any analogs for this mod?

This is entirely broken - it makes growing zones not have any widgets at all, and also breaks Achtung.

Does this work with multiplayer? It's not listed on the multiplayer mod database.

I know mod-authors don't get notifications for Discussions - so just so you know, there's a "could not reserve" bug being discussed here.

One thing I've found when using this with Vanilla Expanded tilled soil; pawns only seem to re-till *after* a new plant has been sown. Not only does this not make much thematic sense, but it also means that high fertility requirement plants, like Beets, will never be auto-planted as normal soil doesn't have the fertility so it needs to be tilled, but it won't be tilled until after they're sown. Is this fixable?

Pawns still till soils even with "auto-till" off. I suspect this is because I'm also using the Tillable Terrains Patch.

@Kayedon hmm, that instruction pointer is "callvirt Verse.Map Verse.Thing::get_Map()". Does Achtung give null pawns?
Kayedon Nov 28, 2021 @ 6:46pm
Hmm, got this error after using Achtung's Forced mode to make a pawn till an entire field.

@Lurmey this mod doesn't handle any type of soil treatment that uses materials, like Fertile Fields or the Save Our Ship 2 artificial soil substrate
Lurmey Nov 25, 2021 @ 1:14pm
No support for the OG Fertile Fields..?

@shane_357 yes

Would it be possible to shift the skill used to growing as well? My growers without construction skill are building very slowly.

Thank you Ben, very cool
Kayedon Nov 21, 2021 @ 10:14am
I was just about to check that, d'oh! Nice. :)
Ben Lubar  [author] Nov 21, 2021 @ 10:13am
@Kayedon those use the same defName, so yes
Kayedon Nov 21, 2021 @ 10:05am
Does it support the two spin-off, lowered intensity Tilled Soil mods, too? :)
Scorpio Nov 21, 2021 @ 9:44am
was wondering about this making no sense , thanks for the patch

I REALLY like you. :) You're doing some excellent work with tweaking Vanilla Expanded stuff to my personal preferences! Haha

Thank god!
