Ethan page is from the endless serpent, however I recommend moving to the newer updated version for easier use.

One question I had that was unclear even after reading the doc that goes with it—is the Frozen Heart fight McKenzie’s Distortion or EGO?

I love this mod
And for me, it has provided challenge, and some cool mechanics with pages
And i just, seeing this wast imbalance in sigils, thought it was a mistake, and that i could help one of my favourite mods
But if it wasn't, then I just have to live with it.
Doesn't worsen the great mod tho
And as i thought about it more and more, and remembered words of "no more work on this mod"
I just... understood that, its just "to much work, for something that is already working"
So... undestandable for you to not change it, even if it Was a mistake
And if its not, then its even not logical to change it
While, if it inflicted frostbite on attacks, itll be not that bad(as in comparison to burn or paralysis)
While still, debuffing with feeble, what would just make it balanced, because all those debuffs dont buff the ultimate, and all contain this "short term benefits" gimmick(or, maybe some other frost debuff, that worked like bind and/or burn, because frostbite is permanent...maybe some "temporary" frostbite?, So that McKenzie is still sinergistic with it, while not being op because it doesn't ctack permanently...
And infliction of immobilised only on ult, would make it fully balanced (because its a "short term benefits, in comparison to long term whom provide other sigils ults, while still being better than others in this short term situations, while in long term, falling off a little of not much)
And thus, make othes silgils even a little viable...(not a little, it would make them "fully viable and good options")
As, they are not, now
As for one sigil, being wastly more strong than others(and this is, iam competing Ultimates, vs ordinary hits! Because immobilisation is just,
always better than burn, or perma-paralsy
Because, 0 is always better than 1(min possible roll)
And thus...even without ultimate, Frost is just better than others, because immobilisation for 5 straight turns? easily done)
Just,it feels like "it should" inflict chill only of ultimate (because it even has 5 hits! What is enough for immobilisation)
And frostbite is just not that strong, as a debuff(bind and burn together? Bleak)
And thus, i just thought it might be a mistake or miswritten, and it should inflict frostbite on attack, and chill on ultimate
Because chill by itself, is inflicting feeble, more than enough
And, with infliction of feeble on attack too?
Easy 3 and more feeble,
More than one person?
and their unltimate freeze page, only inflicts in conclusion 5 frostbite...what is disapoiting to say the least
and so...are those debuffs swaped?
like, if ultimate page inflicted 5 chill instead, it would be "just enough" to immobilise someone
while frostbite on attacks would be just not that op as it is))(because 5 attacks to immobilise someone? its just WAY-WAY-WAY better than only other sigil
and this is...sad, because other sigils are fun too, but this is the strongest one just by a lot march

is it intended, that attacks inflict chill, and ultimate page inflicts frostbite?

The character had Owl's page, with "Spear for Hana" from Hana Assoc. Section 1 mod attributed. The other abilities were "Battle Ready" from vanilla, "Cursed" and "Squishy Flesh" from the Howler pages from this mod.
