Oh I didnt mean to reply to this, this worked, one of the mods I bought didnt.

@Dyanstious It workls for me. You can easily test it by starting as the ruler of Genoa in 1066 and type "add_trait crusader_king" in the console. This adds the Crusader King trait to the ruler and the decisions appear.
(The rulers of Genoa will never get the decision without the console, since they will practically never hold the Crusader King trait without holding more than one titular kingdom without console).
