Do you know of any guide/tutorial for getting head mod face animations to work correctly?

When you have the time and opportunity, could you make a male and female RPD officer uniforms? The only cop uniforms available are from Payday. It's close enough for now but the level of Awesomeness in your mods leaves me wanting the authentic gear for an RPD stand alongside their STARS teammates against Umbrella and their Advent puppet masters.
