@Thundercraft The part of the laser in not needed anymore because the normal one do not cost steel. The original author commended that part of code (\Defs\RecipeDefs\AR-Recipe.xml) and has written:
"The cost in time is sufficient to maintain balance, and the recipe ingredients only distract from the game without adding anything."

This does sound like an interesting training mod. I'm glad it was updated so I can give it a try.

Ah, shoot. :steamsad: I do get why ranged training would require resources to represent the ammo that is used. But I would have like to see a separate laser training system, preferably unlocked after a bit of research.
