Kaiser I think so but there obviously wont be any more superevents/intended superevents post 1940s

can you add brekaway siberia and transcacusis so when USSR lose vladivostok(vladisvostok is optional) moscow leningrad and stalingrad it collapse and superevent appear called "spviet collapse"(same as major and uptade to recent version)
