I myself have built a few epic Palaces out there, just for the vistas and I have never seen even a hint of server impact.
I can see how if a build were BIG enough it could happen just like it can happen if any build anyPLACE is really big.
There are only TWO reasons I can think of for a server admin on a very relaxed PVE server to forbid this.
1. The player build might disappear since all of the dungeons are out there someplace.
2. Some players may try to build up into the dungeons potentially damaging gameplay for other players.
am I wrong? is there more? it seems like that's all .
