Single action revolvers don't suffer that, as pulling is just releasing the hammer, but then you have to manually put it back
Since functionally it was the same as the suppressed one (only difference is the sound and the model), we decided that it made sense to delete it like people wanted.
(Basically people said that the infantry variant didnt' make any sense because you'd just pick the officer one since it was better)
We always want most variants to feel at least somewhat unique, and in this case we decided that the supressor was a more sensible variant.
While in real life they had two variants, as the description i myself wrote states, the single action version was over time replaced basically completely.
