3CB and spearpoint aren't requirements to play this, they are just recommendations for period specific vehicles and units. I've only used the legacy version of Spearpoint which is what is linked above.

One of my favorite maps! It goes so good with the Global Mobilization content. The terrain feels very natural, and the variety of hills and forests makes for great combat.

Is anyone else having issues with the bisign since the update? We're unable to run the map on a server with verifySignatures enabled.

If you load the terrain without the GlobMob DLC or the free compatibility pack then the terrain will be unplayable. None of the villages, forests or hedgerows will load, and all that will be visible is a few enoch buildings and shrubs.

Hide object is works in my server and mission.

I haven't done anything that would affect something like that (to my knowledge anyway). Have you tried using Hide Object on Weferlingen? May be to do with the GlobMob assets used. But saying that, I have played on a server with this map where Hide Object had been used.

I've been trying to hide objects, like vegetation and some objects to make some custom play areas and the Hide Object feature doesn't work on this map. Other maps, like Tempaa's, it seems to work. Was it deliberately set to be like this? if not, would you be able to allow removal things? (FYI, it disappears in the editor, but when the mission is actually run, the Hide Object didn't work.) Thanks.
