Just move the vehicle up and back and place wheels underneath. You don’t need a seat only some solid rocket booster and a push button. Don’t forget to connect the electricity to the button. You maybe want to add another button (toggle) for the brakes

I am not adding wheels to it. That is something you could do your self.
