@Raug

Thankfully my job finished early today, so I was able to spare time to make this mod compatible with Invictus mod.

Here is the new mod link:

Regarding pricing, while I definitely wouldn't say no to further cash, you already paid for it... Thank you for your previous donation.

@udkudk thank you very much. No rush. Ping me in Discord when you have a chance regarding coffee pricing for this :)

@Raug

Thank you very much for your donation.

I'm busy right now, but I will do & publish an Invictus compatible version in 3 days. (Saturday)

I will ping you in Steam & BuyaCoffee sites with new mod's link.

@OctopusLacitus

Both of the requests are unfortunately impossible to mod. They're hardcoded.

@udkudk Hi. Would you be open to making an Invictus-compatible version of this mod? For the artist's satisfaction, a gratitude and a big cup of coffee? :)

Currently the mod conflicts with how they changed Military traditions UI (scroll down function), and here is where a compantch / Invictus version is needed.

What about mod(s) with these two possibilities:
1. Raise more legions per region
or
2. Create one pool of all available recruitable pops and raise legions regardless of regions.
I have a feeling, that there are hardcode things limiting this. But it is worth to ask. :)

Oh yes, would be nice to have compatibility with Invictus !

Man I found the problem, it's Invictus, but if I take out Invictus the playset is ruined. Don't know if you could make a compatch but that's improbable. Amazing mod eitherway

@JavierSánchez Another mod overwrites the gui, It's good that changing load order fixed it.
If only Irony Mod Manager fully supported I:R like it supported Stellaris.
JavierSánchez Mar 21, 2023 @ 11:33pm
Okay fixed the problem, just had to load it after every other mod

The GUI doesn't work, it's a bit buggy and doesn't let me add commanders after the legion is created

Indeed.

Because of capital region bonuses it's better migrate all pops to your capital.

( after spammed enough religious complexes to increase your population bonuses, so that every aqueduct provides more than 10 pop capacity )

The Problem is that, capital region's legion raising capacity increases infinitely, but supply limits across world (except capital territory ) remains same.

Even if you seperated your legion to 4 max with a commander, at some point your supply limit will be crossed ( mid - late game ).

Either you don't raise anymore troops from capital province, which means your legion raising limit is wasted,

Or you separate your legions more, which means commanderless legions.

That's why I have done this mod.

Also Your Capital Legion is best legion.
They have unique Distinctions...

one of the advantages is to give more function to characters . also if you have bonus of loyalty of general (like with the national idea of the oratory loyalty of general and admiral) your caracters assigned to legion will be more loyal.

Note I have generally restarted pretty much every game before I get control of full Italy (Sicily and the Gallic areas near the Alps were still left in my furthest game). So I don't have much experience with Legions.

All I know about them (re: commanders) is that I can create (at that time) only one, and it takes (up to?) four commanders, and I'm always on the edge of running out already.

So what's the advantage of having 20+ commanders? Being able to break out up to 20 different sub-units, maybe?
