What is with the extra note? I understand it but does SFO has a seperate upgrade thing for Rangers that Mixu reverses?

PS. Rangers share Upgrade with quarreler. Which means upgrading rangers are not effective as vanilla Mixu

won't be able to tell until Mixu LL2 SFO patch updates I guess but the latest SFO update might break this

im not really sure what you mean with upgrade stat? the weapons he can craft? the buffs for the units?
