I have a feature like this as part of my Immunity Compendium.
If you want you can look into my mod's files and just grab the code for making oil blood give lava immunity. Nothing in the mod says that it gives oil blood lava immunity though, so technically the mod is working as intended.

Something was probably changed with the base game, I just did this as a one-off, I don't think I'll be taking up fixing it.

Yes. I just checked - Oil Blood is using "PROTECTION FIRE" which is what this mod modifies. :)
