Sometimes SFM might do this, and I have no idea why. Also check you're spelling it correctly. If you can't find the model at Sourcefilmmaker\gameworkshop\characters\m_avg_talib\osamabinladen.mdl, please let me know

Also try unsubbing, starting sfm, removing the addon, and then and resubbing and redownloading
