Third person is not working like at all I don't know what's causing it and I believe it's just a general glitch that's happening with the mod

Much simpler to code weapons on imo, plus with the volume of sweps - it helps.

The under-barrel grenade launchers are broken; all the guns need to be repaired; when you start shooting, grenade launchers fly out of them

I don't know why,but when i use any astw weapon a hand holding default pistol w hev suit hands appears.How do i fix this??

Whenever I aim down the scopes, the normal HL2 handgun just appears out of nowhere.

The mod is great, but it only works on NPCs since when I use them it has a lot of errors that won't even let me use them

@Dopey you should try to make dods swep with this base. you made Alien swarm swep which was cool, maybe if you can, try to make a day of defeat source swep with this base.

Hey Dopey, anyway you can disable the crosshair locking on to NPC's a little bit? I have gone through every setting, seems nothing really does the trick! Any help?

Mind tellin' this guy some actual info other than seemingly random bug reports with no potential bug points at.
@DarkX5 Do you have any reason why? Check addons for anything that can override Calcview
@TheRealThem The acronym for this weapon base is "Arctics Simple Thirdperson Weapons" There was no first person planned. Think of it like Mass Effect, Gears of War, Metal Gear Solid.
If you want you can use the positioning of the camera to make it act like first person once you aim it. I prefer for it to get closer to the player and zoom in however. To each their own playstyle.

everytime i try to put a weapon in this mod as a weapon overdrive the npcs dont have a weapon. can you fix this?

I got a weird issue with the mod.

It was working fine but suddenly the camera settings broke, as I try to change the settings, nothing happens, it's forcefully stuck on first person and everything is invisible, I haven't installed any new addons that would conflict with this one, I just reinstalled the game again after I stopped playing for some time.

You can disable it in options. Just check the options menu.

How do I get the camera to not over ride my other camera mod. I have a different one thay I like better and was able to use it with your addons but now the default camera of this addon switches to it every time I use astw2 weapons or star wars light sabers

Also, I would like to ask of you so dearly to fix bullet trace misalignment for when using male (not female) set from xdR/wOS DynaBase L4D2 player animations. It's hard to explain, I was only able to have it shown clearly when using "https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2569880400" in thirdperson. WIth female animation set, aiming is on point. With male set though aiming is a few inches to the right (because male animations have weapon more to the right than the female set). I wouldn't be here if it was all I have, but this issue is not present when using any other weapon base (including ACT3), as all bullets end up going exactly the same direction regardless of any animations. I'm willing to send you a quick video if you're willing to fix this, of which I'm not sure. If not, then thanks for the base edit anyway

Hey there, love your edit of the base! Two things though: you probably should mention that using your tweaked ASTW2 base without the "Base Weapons" will result separate ammunition spawns from other weapons pack (NMRiH weapon pack for example) to not spawn at all

I'm getting this error when trying to spawn NPCs with custom astw2 guns. Be it the halo mega pack or other custom groups. Only will spawn the random tier groups.

(the weapons do still spawn if i use the weapon override option)

You can technically for this mod's forced camera on for any and all weapons. There are numerous mods out there called "Immersive Camera" you could try using.

oh damn i'm sorry i double checked and i turned off relative motion and it went perfect
my bad man but, do you know of any addon that works like this addon's immersive first person cam? trying to bash some addons together and make something realistic

hey Dopey i don't know if you receive notification for the comment but in the Perfect Dark Zero pack the SuperDragon, the FAC-16 and its silenced version always shoot grenade for some reason

the camera acts very funny when you have the aim toggle through console command on too (noticeable camera jank when you use immersive to aim and over the shoulder cam for passive), probably makes sense since its not even made to be used through normal means without the astw2 extended addon but that addon is screwed

*EDIT
is it possible to implement a sensitivity slider for relative motion? hate how spazzy it is when you try to use it at all, though it's pretty cool I'll admit that

oh nevermind theres an addon on the workshop that forces the random all option to work

first pick a weapon for npcs in the ASTW2 Weapon override menu

then go to the snaileny menu in the Option tab

hit enable and select random all, and it should work as it should

so instead of spawning sometimes with no weapons at all, sometimes it would roll to the weapon you picked in the ASTW2 weapon override and then roll back to the Random

still, I know i've bother you about this before but i HOPE through SOME WAY you can fix the random all weapon spawn bug so that the NPC could go nuts with whatever weapon they can spawn with because this was the most fun i had with the mod before Arc ruined it for some reason and now they sometimes spawn with weapons and sometimes they don't

apparently the aim toggle command was always in ASTW2
type astw2_toggle in the console command and turn it on

Dopey is it possible for you to implement toggle aim like ASTW2 - Extended and update on some of its feature? because that mod is broken for me somehow because when i got it
the NPC refuse to shoot whatsoever, but they shoot grenades just fine.
