Bug Report:

The wing does not return to the Equipment tab once equipped, only when you restart the map.

It only returns automatically without restarting the map when there is no wing equipped.

After I updated the mod, the wings in the slot stopped working. Then I did everything possible and finally deleted it to reinstall it (I thought it would help), now I can’t download it. What to do?

if your mod isnt working, open tmodloader, manage mods, download mods, search for wing slot extra and instead of download option it will say UPDATE MOD WITH DEPENDENCIES. click on that and it will fix your issues :D

Make sure you updated your wing slot version to 1.4.4, also force reloading mods may help

Update the mod, you're most likely running an older version.

Heyo, just letting you know that the mod was broken with today update, i can equip vanilla wings on the modded slot but they pretty much don't work, as if they are not equipped at all

@Daisetzkata Yeah I was able to reproduce the issue, tried with Calamity and Thorium. Should come up with a fix in an hour or so?

did you try it with calamity wings i restarted tmodloader and i still the wings dont work when in the wing slot

@Daisetzkata Just released a quick patch, not sure if it fixes on everyone's end since it works fine on my tmodloader.

wing slot stopped working after update (wings from Thorium, Calamity, Vanilla and Mech Bosses Rework), they still work on any other accessory slot

Sorry about that, I normally do some testing before publishing but usually other mods that I don't have downloaded or enabled can sometimes cause compatibility issues. You can try checking your player backup files and going back to an previous save or use a mod such as Cheat Sheet or a profile edtior like Terrasavr to restore lost items.

man i farmed for over 3 hours for yoraiz0r's vanity wings and they got deleted with this new update ;(, my world was hosting as a server so Alt f4 couldn't not save the deletion.

Thanks for the report, might take some time since I can't seem to replicate the issue on my end so it's best to disable the loadout support configuration for now.

Fortunately, this is a toggleable feature, so simply turn it off and you can pretend it's not ready yet until this issue is patched.

After this recent update, switching loadout slots via F1 F2 F3 deletes the wings in the F1 slot!!!! The only other mods I have are Calamity and Boss checklist.

Is it possible to add a config option that lets you wear multiple wings in any slot? The boots from calamity mod upgrade into winged boots meaning you either get the wings or the boots and I love myself a lot of mobility.
