Well, to bad this mod no longer will updated, because there's a setting now that make helixien geyser spawn on make along side the deep deposits one.

Wellp, I suggest somebody make a new version of this mod then.

No, I won't update it. Don't you think this mod is no longer needed in the new version of helixien system? VE team has change the way to get helixien gas.

Yes, this may be the only way to get a minified geyser without toggle on god mode.

So this only works when forming caravans on the world map screen?

Hmm, you are using cargo ship transport, not "form caravan". You shall form caravan in the worldmap. I think you can choose some colonists board the cargoship and fly away, then choose the rest colonist from caravan and get minified geysers in the worldmap view, you can use the cargoship to pick them up.

Oh okay that's a neat way of doing it.

So I went to a quest location. Formed a caravan and the geyser is not on the caravan loading menu.

When you form a caravan in the wild (not in your colony), you can choose to bring helixien gas geysers. This may be the only way to get minified helixien gas geysers without using god mode.

I'll have a try.

so why not base this on ED Laser Drill that mod has an expensive targeting computer to use an old war satellite to blast new steam geysers & seal old ones shut. IMO good mod + bit pricey until mid game when this becomes best power source. basically I'd like a Version of ED Laser Drill that could burn off chem fuel ponds & open up new helixien gas geysers.
