Is it possible to make the milkshakes bring the raiders to the yard and have their speech bubbles go "It's better than yours"?

Is it possible to make milkshakes into meals? I am doing a Milk Maid Milkshakes playthrough and I want my only meal source to be milkshakes for a meme

I don't use this mod, but... I the great nym do infact bring all the milkshakes to the yard... and i am pretty DAMN sure it's better than yours!
