I'd say giving people the choice is a good thing, especially when the crafting recipes aren't simply copy-paste but make some sort of sense!
Like six months here and i didn't see that simple issue, lol
Already fixed, thanks for say it!
It must be fixed.
You can craft all the stations on the Tinkerer's Workbench no matter your race, to do the Tinkerer's Worbench you need Zinc and Copper, the Zinc is obtained on a furnace with meat.

Are you sure is from Arcana? Maybe is from a addon for Arcana and no vanilla Arcana, because the furnace from the mod don't show any brass bar, at least for me.
Yeah, don't worry, maybe it's a bit strange that the first stage only contains the Frontier Furnace, but in the first stage of the Inventor's Table there is no station with a tech-style, and that way my mod doesn't break the vanilla progression.
I hope you enjoy my mod!
There is no problem, everything works perfect, even with Arcana installed, at least for me.
I dont know about Arcana, So you can say me how are that brass bars obtained?
The normal behavior on the Tinkerer's station is have two tabs; one with all the steampunk stations and other with all the vanilla stations/modded stations craftable in the Inventor's Table and its upgrades.
The first stage of the Tinkerer's Station only contains the Frontier Furnace, the second stage contains the steampunk fossil station, the workbench, sewing machine and the refinery, and the third stage contains all the stations in the mod.
From I know, should work with the majority of mods. From what @ElBastardo say Arcana is not compatible, i'm no using Arcana so i should test that (Probably is the name of the item or something like that).
I don't know why my items do not appear in that mod to spawn items, you can test if they are in the game by granting admin privileges yourself with /admin and then spawn an item with /spawnitem [Item ID]
Here are somes IDs: "steampunkfossil", "steampunksewing", "steampunkrefinery", "steampunkworkbench".
I have a problem with steampunk stations, only vanilla stations appear in tinkerer's station. I am subscribed to the compatibility patches.
I have subscribed to a mod to spawn any object in the game and the steampunk crafting stations do not appear in the search engine or in any category. I do not know why these stations do not appear. The category of the frontier furnace appears, I can craft it and use it.
I would love to be able to use these stations, their appearance is beautiful and it is exactly what I need.
I have quite a few mods installed, the most relevant are:
- Arcana
- Project Knightfall
- Frackin 'Universe
- Maple32
thanks for your work and cheers!
I hope there will be more steampunk things in the future? ^^
I like that stuff. :D
Thanks for the points!
Also, I don't think I'm going to make any furniture, I don't think it's necessary, for a Novakid character there are a lot of frontier-style things, both in vanilla and with mods. Also in vanilla there are a couple of things steampunk-style. Maybe I'll do something, idk, at least making simple furniture is a lot easier than making craft stations, haha.
Yes, I actually did it specifically for my novakid character, thanks for commenting!
Cyberpunk style? You mean neon-lit stations and things like that? I don't think I do that specific style, maybe I do stations with a stone style (for avians) and something with a tribal style (for florans).
And about using my mod, for sure! But it's all just JSON code, and that's more about tags and things like that. If you want to use my mod as a base, just change the filename of the .objects files to the names of your assets, and you would also have to modify the .frames file if you make any animation with more or fewer frames than mine.
Also, I don't know much about FU, but ANY new recipe added by ANY mod should be in the respective steampunk variant for how the recipes work. If FU changes something about the crafting interfaces, the Tinkerer's Station and its updates will not have this change because they use a unique interface.
Any chance you'd make something like this in cyberpunk style? Not the game, actual cyberpunk, like, TRON or ReBoot sleek futuristic look.
If no - which would be understandable - can I borrow this mod's code to use as a base for such resprite? I'm no coder and would be unable to write it myself. I'll give credits if permission would be granted, of course.
