And the perfect way to implement it, a fantastic mod.
I wish some could do multiple things, like pillage would also harvest, and found a city would make the suggested improvement. Or simply have their own keybind, I wonder why some action did not get one. But hey, can’t have 50 of them for everything either ^^
Also, if I could daydream, I wish the game would show all the related keybinds in the tooltips when putting the mouse on an action ! I’m sure it’s possible, technically, but that’s just my uneducated guess though ^^

It seems it is not possible in the current version of the game engine. City production is controlled by lua scripts. And lua scripts can be only replaced with your own script. The mod will work some time and will break once the developers released a new patch. I don't want to touch game lua scripts.
I can't find this binding among game tables. It seems this hotkey is hardcoded somewhere, I can't reassign it in the mod at this moment.
