The challenge I have to offer both of you is to make a mod that replaces fog areas with the original map. Showing just provinces but not showing where a city is or who ocupies the city.
MANUAL UNINSTALL GUIDE:
1. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War Rome II\data (or another place if you installed the game somewhere else)
2. Find main_rome_map.pack
3. Delete it.
WARNING: DONT REMOVE ANY OTHER PACK
4. Try if it's gone now
It should be gone.

I see the whole world, or at least that part worth the trouble of Rome bringing under its enlightened rule.
Now, as for your reward, neusaap.uit.brazil ...
The Senate and the People of Rome have proclaimed 50 days of games to held in your honour at the Amphitheatrum Flavium beginning ten days hence. Menageries from across the Empire shall be exhibited and yes, yes, we won't forget the blood sports to keep the Plebs happy. I'm sure we have a few Arverni in the cellars who could be aired out and fed to the hippos.
I shall be at my villa in Tivoli deciding if I shall have your map converted to a mosaic for my frigidarium or caldarium, or merely painted on my ceiling.
My thanks for your work on this. Your efforts will not go unnoticed in the Senate.
Does it crash at start or does it just not change anything?
Anyways, the fully edited map here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=259851558
I was already planning on doing that
@alecwermuth
Yes, but I had to resize it
@Yuri Prime
Could you give some more details
@the rest
Thanks all
Also @The Fifth Horseman,
if you're not Death, War, Plaque or Hunger (I believe, it's them), what's your Horseman's name?)
wat.
Sincerely,
The Fifth Horseman
By the way, I am going to keep an eye on this mod, once the entire world is done I will gladly subscribe. PLEASE do the whole map, because I love the look of it (I just want my map to all be done in the same style)
I'd encourage you to apply the same technique to the whole map: civilized world and other. It sems a pity the barbarians get the pretty bits and we civilized Romans must suffer under the yolk of bland 2D cartography. The Senate and Plebs seek relief (mapping that is) ! ;)
