doesnt work for me :( black image and cant start any fight with this model

Thank you for making these Arknights mods. It's what got me to try the game out

That black image is used to hide all images except the mouth, so the file is fine.
Another possible cause is a bug in the positioning of the image, where a decimal point would cause the behavior to go wrong.
This has been there since the beginning and has not been fixed even now.

"Body" and "ClothCustom" folder where fine though there were some blacked out images in "head" and "FaceCustom" can send you screenshots if you want

Did the file you downloaded contain the correct data?
If normal, in the folder you downloaded, there should be 4 folders, 2 xml files, and 10 image files needed for activation.
If possible, copy and paste the images from the "body" folder into the "Clothcustom" folder.
If the problem still persists, there is probably still a bug in the official unity tool.
It is difficult to identify the cause of the problem since it has not occurred in my environment.

I cannot even choose Dusk's apperance projection - pressing on it from the Apperance Projection Workshob Tab in LoR doesn't do anything

same with the W mod

when selecting the dusk page the sprite completely disapears for me
