this patch is no longer needed as CE has its own integrated patch now

I'd like to report that the patch no longer works. Tried it with this mod and its requirements and it doesn't fire anything.

mind also updating dependancy as you still got the 1.3 ed of CE as requirment here best not confuse the basic workshop diver

There is an error with apparel layers. It says MiddleHead could not be cross-referenced. Not sure what that means exactly, but my guess would be that CE changed something with their layers after this was made originally, so now it needs to be updated. But yeah, I have no idea.

I basically shot for the same ballpark of DPS that the normal mono/plasmasword had. Essentially, I found the normal variants have super buffed DPS and damage values over vanilla, so I buffed the greatsword variants in the same way in an attempt to keep with whatever balance combat extended is trying to achieve with melee.

They may have high damage, but they also have twice or more the melee cooldown on average, (unless there are abilities I don't know about in CE that drastically reduce the effect that has).

Thanks. I just looked over files and HOLY SHIT, are you sure you didn't overdo it on damage? 120 cut damage is bananas. Zeusgammer has 41/49 by default, for example. I think, this just might be enough to oneshot centies. Gonna test it out, everything else looks pretty good.
But I did had one other thing I forgot to mention. Weight values for both greatswords were quite huge, I think 10 and 16 respectively. In CE zeushammer is 2, zweihander (CE melee mod) is 3.5. The heaviest is warhammer from royalty at 5.
In comparison, 10 and 16 is the absolute extreme. Like, they are suppose to be "swords", however "great". How do you swing a sword that weights that much.
But with these new damage values, honestly, it might be just fine as is. If its gonna do THAT much, it might as well weight THAT much.

Thanks for letting me know. I made this mod a while ago, so I'm not sure what I originally based the damage values on. I went back in and modified them to be more similar to what the plasmasword / monosword have and added the missing fire damage to the plasma greatsword.

Just got plasma greatsword from a quest. What's up with ridiculously low penetration values on it? I checked in files and compared side by side with default royalty plasma sword.
Royal Arsenal greatsword is 8 points sharp on its stab attack.
Royalty sword is 32 points sharp on its stab attack.
What happened? I also checked monoblade and mono greatsword and values seem correct there. In fact, greatsoword is MORE than 2 times better with its 60 points sharp pen on stab attack.
Something went wrong. Also, plasma greatsword is missing extra flame damage, that it suppose to have.

Is the Zeus Rifle suposed to have less armor piercing in CE when compared to the charge lance and rifle or is jus something wrong with my game?

I've found a bug, though I have yet to test it outside of my own mod list: When I use the recipe for the Mono-broadhead Arrows, it instead creates Mono-bodkin Arrows. The recipe for Mono-bodkin Arrows works as intended, so I only have access to Mono-bodkin Arrows.

Sorry, I've been busy with university stuff. It's been a while since I touched combat extended stuff, but I just pushed an update that should fix prestige armors. Things look like they are working from my end, but let me know if anything breaks.

ive tried to update this locally to work with prestige versions myself but now my rimworld wont launch ;-; please patch the prestige versions too

seems to me that is only so with the prestige variant of armor and helmet, the non-prestige ones are ok

Why is guardian armor made out of cardboard? This is supposed to be the most tanky power armor but it barely protects you from anything
