When you have the character editor and want to try screwing around and making all the roles available this is a must or else you have a -55 mood debuff and everyone will kill eachother before you can even assign all the roles lol

Hey, I'm pretty sure it removes the needed text too.
It's been a few patches since i last played rimworld so they might have broken that,
but it was hiding the text last time I played.

I assume this only removes teh debuff? But the "Counseler needed" text will still be there?

Nice! I am using duck's no litmits ideology and it's really annoying forget to disable some of the roles than constantly have extreme breaks.

im fine with my people demanding roles but this will be nice for those refugee quests i like hosting but im not going to tell the randos who is in charge of the religion they are in should have spawned in with a leader if you wanted one

Thank you for this! I would like the roles more if they were dependent on how many colonists you have, and not on their expectation level.. if I have 3 people, they shouldn't need to strictly adhere to a religion. If I have 8 or more, I would understand.

Thank God someone finally took care of this. I also agree that its unfathomably dumb that EVERYONE in my ideology are upset that one dude isn't elected for the Guide Role aka "glorified leader."
I have more pressing matters to worry about, like that impending mechanoid invasion, I don't have time to counsel the plebs on how to eat on a table properly.

My fictional religion from my story has the leader ALSO be the moral guide, so the fact that this game splits the two up and then forces me to have the latter (nothing is ever said about the former) infuriates me. I shall be using this mod in lieu of something that actually fixes my problem. Thank you for this.

I appreciate this mod and will be using it, but I'm also here to say you do not NEED someone good at social to be your moral guide. mine had 0 social and is working just fine if a little inefficiently.
