It is based on the regular TEK Canteen, so it seems to be the same usage.
Therefore, it seems that it is not possible to refill from Tap.
Didn't you also recover in the water area?

Maybe a stupid question, but how do I re-fill this? it wont re-fill in watertaps or water in the world... I cant repar it in replicator (its not broken? just empty) What do I miss here? ;)
