I played with my friend using this mod. The other person had 10 servant slots but after configuring it, he could only summon 3. Maybe this comment on September 28th means that.

What do you mean by "often giving summon cards?" the only card in the mod is craftable, it doesn't drop.

The guy that asked to make it work with Secrets of the Shadows is asking more specifically for your mod to work with minions that don't use minion slots

Secrets of the Shadows adds a new resorce called Void, and some minions from that mod reserve that void bar and not a minion slot. By this you can kinda figure out why he asked for it.

I can see two ways of this to work, one would be you make a togable config that allows us to ignore minion liimit on the loadout books or a config that makes it so on loadout books use it doesn't clear already summoned minions so we could have one book for normal minons and other for those minions

Since im currently playing with Secrets of the Shadows i would appreciate if you could consider one of this features and thx for the amazing mod

for anyone having issues with the summoning books i turned off a setting in better inventory called "extra item right click and that fixed the issue for me. so if you are having that issue that is probably what is causing it if you have better inventory enabled with extra item right click turned on in it's config. Hope this helps someone!

Sentries are not supported, since their spawn position depends on your cursor, it would be very inconvenient since they wont be placed where you want them to

Can you make an automatic Whipstack tool/accessory that cycles Through Whips while swinging? (I know there's mod tool that does something similar but having to open a config menu every time to use it; hurts)

if something isn't working with modded content, that would be on the other mod to implement. This mod provides functionality for that

@ako: That makes sense, minion buffs are treated as endless. I guess it's just a natural incompatibility, since we can't really "undo" that fact if you explicitely enable the setting on your own

When I use the Better Experience mod and enable the Hide Endless Potion buff function, the summon management card will not display the number of summon buffs.

Great mod, would be nice if there was an option to make the book ignore max minion count. There are some summons that do not take a minion slot, but require summoning (Stars Above)

Go to the discord and post the client log when it happens. You'll find the logs in Install Directory/tModLoader-Logs/client.log

Mods seems fine, only there are some summons that are bugged (I disabled the mod and the summon was working fine again).
I was playing Calamity mod and using the Scab Ripper item, and when used with said item or the summon book, the summon instantly disappears when trying to hit an enemy, or dummy. Any idea why ?

There is only a limited amount of info texts that can be displayed. If you open your inventory, you can toggle some of the ones that you don't find useful off (below the health bar). Alternatively, these counts are displayed as icons above the defense

hey im having trouble with the mod I want to display my minion and sentry stats but when I have the cell phone it stops showing the stats for my minions and sentries. is there any way to include the minion stats with the cellphone stats

That would be on the Mod Camping to implement, they would need to call the necessary methods vanilla does when respawning.

Is it possible to make it so that after death you appear at the tent (Mod Camping) and automatically summon minions without teleporting to the original spawn?

No, this would be OP, the cooldown exists for a reason. I understand your issue is with missing the target, maybe it would suffice to make the target hitboxes bigger so they are not easily missed?

Can we get a config setting to move around the reticle/aim at enemies by holding right click with the rod?
I'm not a big fan of missing my target and having my minions be useless until I can use it again.

The reason it just wouldn't work is because sentries require you to aim at a location. if the book would summon them all in sequence you'd always have them positioned in bad places. Also, the automatic version would just spawn them whereever your cursor is when you respawn which is not optimal

Just curious, I'm not sure if I can provide detailed information, but has there ever been a case where the minion count was look like 0/0? One of my characters suddenly started showing 0/0.
