I only know how to resolve the issue, not to prevent it
Use Character Editor. One of the sliders will be at 0 (all the way on the left)
Drag that slider to the right. It's the transparency. I have no idea what causes it nor do I have the skill to fix it sadly.

I'm unsure. I lost the will to do highly technical modding for RimWorld. I've tried fixing issues I've encountered and some things are just too complex for me to understand what's going on.
The other two tiers might be safe.
Maybe one day I'll just make these bots part of Biotech if I feel like banging my head against the wall to get that working
I encountered an issue where all the textures for the Archotech Droids are missing, and they appear with no visible body or textures at all. This issue seems to occur when using this mod in combination with other mods like the "Big and Small" framework, which may cause a texture conflict or prevent textures from loading correctly.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it or prevent the missing textures?
I had plans to add things but I'm not skilled enough with art, C# or XML to implement them. Honestly, there's a link to an updated version which fixes bugs so it could be better to just use it.

The most I added to this since the old version was a CE patch that mostly works, Shields from Biotech to the Destroyer, and made the Archdroid do research and social (but won't form bonds)
I also disabled the weird human icon where I could along with the weird red tint.
That's all I remember from the top of my head.
If people wanted changes, I'd make them and support this more
Subscribe to Character editor, go to the skin section and just put all the sliders from the left to the right and they'll become visible again
Currently when a droid pawn is spawned, via the printer or kit, they spawn normally until the save is loaded again. Then they spawn with hair. Use a styling station to remove the hair

And make sure you delete or comment the lines containing <Apparel_PackJump> and <Apparel_PackBroadshield>. When I'm writing this post, they are on row 394 and 395 of the file.
Generally modders will list what their mod requires via steam instead of RimPy anyway
I've tried fixing the error but I'm guessing it's a caching error on their side or something
I'd basically need to delete this mod from Steam and reupload it for RimPy to stop being stupid
Basically, before, the archotech droid and destroyer just relied on research that was for the advanced droids. So when Androids Expanded isn't loaded (for whatever reason) the research just relies on the normal research from Androids
I did have a look at it and it looks like it solely patches shield belts.
The code I use is from Biotech, mostly the shield from the Centurion if I remember correctly, which means it's not a shield belt but more like a moving shield dome.
I have no experience with C# coding and it's beyond my capabilities sadly Q_Q

I don't know how to code that sadly but if you don't want it, just go into the the patches folder and either delete the Biotech xml file or remove the extension so it becomes in active

Good to hear. Hopefully the db update will sort things out then.
I have checked on my side to see if there was a way to push an update to the db via RimPy but doesn't look like there's an option.. or I didn't look properly
Never ran into issues like this before when using the in game mod manager or the other one by Fluffy I think
Though at the same time, I don't upload then remove the local file and subscribe to my own mods to see if things are working right XD
If the db update doesn't work, I'll probably need to talk to the RimPy devs to find out how to solve it
