Today's update of the main patch removed the name 오비트/Orbit, so it's displaying a (harmless) error on load now. You could delete/comment out lines 102 through 107 of the name patch to fix it, but it won't hurt anything.

I am getting an error since the update. I can share the 2 related lines from the debug log, or if you want, the whole log through github.
Just let me know if and where you want it.

I have already updated a lot, including recipes, works, etc.
added your Deity fix and looked at the Name fix. I adjusted some names and added that patch as well. I still need to add some more for the weapons then I will push the update.

I took a stab at it myself for now; patches work fine to fix the Deity name and NPC names, and I redid all researches while I was in there because what you had was pretty out of date. I haven't fixed the officeworker job title yet, I'll figure that out tomorrow.

The NPC Rabbie Faction Deity can't be translated by how it was implemented.

The other issues however I will look into.

Colonist names, one of the techs in the research tree, and one of the jobs, remain in korean for me.

The translation doesnt seem to be working. All of the genes are in Korean, as is the name of their idoligion.

This was a lot of work. But things should be translated now.

I used cherry picker to check, and it seems gene and ideology part are untranslated

It seems ideology and xenotype are still in Korean

while usually logs help more. I think I might find it faster if you could give me a screenshot

I'm baffled than it is simple as that for make it working. It even allow me to fix another translation who had the same problem ! Thanks you for the tip, i nearly resigned myself to switch my game in english from now on.

Honestly i'm interested by doing a french translation from english, however i guess there's will be an update with the 1.4 coming and the Biotech DLC, i rather wait all the nears update incoming to starting the job but i will surely do it

That is how Rimworld works.
Each language has its own setting. The English translation will only apply for the English Language setting, else it goes by the main mods default.

What you can do to have the English Translation on a French Rimworld
go to
...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2556343786\1.3\Languages
Make a copy of the "English" folder and rename it to "French"

Then it will work.
(You can also use the files to work on a French translation if you want to )

Hey, i found a problem with how the traduction is applying.

I used the following mods/order you suggested to someone VoiD previously
rimworld
rimworld.royalty
rimworld.ideology
humanoidalienraces
rabbieracemod
rabbieenglishpatch

However there's a big problem i found, when i put my game in english in the settings, it works fine, translation is applied.

But when i use another language for my game, like french, german or spanish, (probably same for others) it doesn't apply and everything remains in korean or roughly 10% of the stuff is translated (essentially weapons and items names in scenario and research panel)

Can you look forward to fix this ? I think it's why many people are complaining why the translation is not working.

Can I add this to an existing save? Didn't know it wasn't in English and don't want to restart...

*after just starting a new game with only the mods mentioned below

The mod does work. Please check your load order or conflict with other mods.
Unless the base mods ever update - or Rimworld itself, this mod is not likely to break at all.
