Now, you can still stand outside enemies totally enclosed in fences and they'll be too dumb to path out and kill you, but it means that you won't generate pathfinding errors anymore with "Ran out of cells to process."
"isFence" means "animals won't walk over it, but it's passable." If you make a fence Impassable, it's now de facto a "wall" not a "fence" so you need to change that in order fo the pathfinding to work correctly. If you fix this, then melee enemies will even correctly smash the fences down to kill people inside. Cheers.
Thanks! The problem has been solved.
I removed one of the patches I made and the issue vanished, the patch is out for it.
Although the change should not have broken the visual... so there might be a bug in the game causing it that's outside of my control.
Then it may be caused by vanilla 1.3 fences itself, again thanks for your work!
Also I wonder if you have this problem too?
