At first I thought this was a mod for a "Creepjoiner" version of the "Man in Black" for the Anomaly DLC, but this is fun too~

I don't care about gendered terms, so I won't install the mod, but it triggers the anti-pronoun-snowflakes, which is nice enough to get it in the favourites folder, lol !

Huh, didn't realize Man in Black actually had a fixed gender.

Should be Man in Black, Lady in Red.

I am a bot, and am offended that this mod does not allow for androids in black.

The "normal" man in black, also gives females. I love the name change for this mod tho, makes it more realistic, at least to me. And all the toxic commentors, move on from the page. you are not forced to use this.

Love his music, but this mod adds fun to the game, grow up.

Does this mod even do anything other than change the name? My last Man in Black, was a woman. I don't understand the need. When you use character editor paired with Faction blender, you can also get female colonists in Man in Black gear. It's not limited to men only, in my experience at least.

Isn't this JUST a mod? If you're not satisfied then why are you looking at the mod page? Why spread unnecessary hate. I'm sure EVERYONE knows the M.I.B. reference. I'd understand the reaction if the game developer Tynan did this, but this is unnecessary. Go play rimworld without this mod instead of arguing on the internet. @Gota I can't find any references to the Man in black event in the Vanilla Achievements Expanded code, but I would imagine it would work just fine since the only thing this mod does is remove the pawnFixedGender tag and change the title of the in-game letter. If another mod references the event by its vanilla id StrangerInBlackJoin (unchanged by this mod) then I don't think there would be any problems.

I just want one with an actual Medical skill so they don't show up just in time to watch my last colonist bleed out, then get gunned down themselves because they only have a Shooting of 2.

Anything would look odd at first but we all use mods to get different looks or feels for the game, each Rimworld is our own Rimworld.

Anyone got an idea whether this plays nice with Vanilla Achievements Expanded? Since there is an achievement that is about the man in black and an event you can trigger.

@koolpin You gave me an idea for a mod, it would replace the man/ stranger in black with Santa Claus if the season is winter, sadly I am not a modder nor skilled enough to make one.
