No, its in-game map editor map, its always open to any mods you like, its 100% configurable as there is not even other possibility

Are the additional mods required to even play this map or is it configurable with other mods, such as weapons, vehicles or skins? I'm asking because many maps tend to release two versions of their map, one with built in multiskins etc, and a configurable version with none of the requirements.
