I found a solution with lags on the map. It's amazing that no one has done this in 9 years... No need to turn off the lights and stuff. Just close the console. When working on this map, a lot of errors in the console, which causes very serious lags even on a powerful computer. Cleaning helps, but for a few seconds. Use it
Open the console back via "Windows - Console"

I've been trying to use a dark (no lighting) version of this map, but it seems like all the grass textures are fullbright. I even tried compiling the map in Hammer and for some reason it wouldn't even output a BSP file. Very strange indeed.

man I like the amount of possibilities of this map but it all depends on someones improv skills and well general animation skill

How to Fix LAG or at least Improve FPS
1. Disable "Enable Lighting"
2. Start making your own poster/video
3. After finishing the models, particles, poses, and camera position -> re-enable the Lighting (Starts to LAG again)
4. Put some additional lights and and color them up to make the product even prettier
5. Render and enjoy your finalized product
