@gerofabro3 I certainly suspect what the problem is. The game has a “hidden factions” mechanic, such as the Insectoids or Mechanoids factions. They don't have settlements on the map(without mods), but they are still active and can still raid players.
The same with the Crimson Arachna Cult and Obsidia Empire Sins factions from the mod.

In my game there seem to be 2 factions missing one of them being the crimson arachne cult and i have all dlc`s so i dont why that is. do i need some other mod for them to show up in game?

Or try the cherry picker mod and block the hive that spawns them

@Brooke Yomotsu Yes, this mod adds them. Don't worry, chaos slimes are just difficult enemies, not everyone can handle them.

Is this intented to be some late/end game content i guess? because is so much content and so expensive to research and craft, however, i really like the designs and the specialized armors, i guess i could say, there's no reason now to have all the paws with the exact same gear

Well the thing is, i tried loading it alone, and got the same result. That's the first thing I did, when i identified it as the source of the issue. But I cant seem to find out why. I'll try again when I get back home and look at the logs, and make a proper bug report.

@Aonir All content from all DLC's is locked. If you don't have any DLC's(no matter which ones), this content is simply not available.
The problem is caused not by the mod itself, not something else(incompatibility with another mod or incorrect mod loading order).

Does this needs royalty? I dont see it stated in the mod required DLCs, but some items have the royalty DLC icon. This would explain why the modlist resets to default whenever i try activating this mod, since i dont have royalty.

If not, I'll make a proper bug report.

When's the next patch update? There's a bug when a visitor wants to join my colony, It won't allow me to click the letter popup and it gives me an error. Says something errored with "Swarmella" from Obsidia Expansion

/Defs/ThingDef[defName="OE_Swarmella" is missing or doesn't exist apparently

@Rokuna If nothing has changed, from my old answers.
To start charging a vehicle from electricity, you need to:
1) Fill up with other necessary fuel - Syntherius, even if only a little.
2) Check the connection to the cable and the availability of reserves in the batteries/energy storage devices.
3) Start the engine.
4) Check the settings.
4.1) Refueling from inventory.
4.2) Charging from the mains.

Having a small issue, I can't seem to get an initial charge for the MCV. Even when it's on a conduit and set to charge it stays at zero.

Sorry, it's me again 😅 I now hold title in DLC empire and didn't do any quests for the Obsidia one.

Most often when royal tribute collector comes, they don't want to accept gold nor jade, they only want platinum. It still gets me honor points for DLC empire.

If I use debug mode to spam royal tax collectors, eventually some will come that do take gold or jade etc.

They are always from normal DLC empire.

@Yeffrey There’s enough info in-game if you look. Under the Slime Heart (Unconf.) description are links to other slime hearts you can make, with their recipes, required research, and workbench.
First, I recommend researching OE – Bioengineering, next building an Obsidia Amalgam Vat, and the final crafting the slime heart you want there.
As for growing them, I’ve explained it a few times before, but short version: treat them like any fertilized egg.

Does anyone here have a guide on what to do with slime hearts? I'm trying to figure out if they're base or from the OE Slime Xenotype mod but can't find any info on these slime hearts. There was an ancient slime on my map and I got a tip saying to butcher it for info, it gave me nothing. Kind of lost here, 4 (Unconf.) slime hearts sitting in storage now.

@Lored Well yes, i have altmost one who are capable of this but i can't forced him to do it. Even the message "Can't craft it under level" pop up with other pawn but not my capable one.
And that's only for the bionic spine for now, i don't test everything but the other's seems good

Makes sense, thank you for being patient with me. I know I am asking a lot of questions. I understand that the first quest for obsidia empire will also return later if you don't do it? The one I have now expires in 6h, and I would rather start on this later for role-playing purposes 😆

@alijons Sure. In my last playthrough, I received both quests, from the Empire and the Obsidia Empire, at around the same time.
But I refused the first quest, and later I got it again.

So, theoretically, what you are saying is that the quest for royal title SHOULD return? Because in base game even if you fail it, it eventually it is given to you again. You never loose your chance to advance. Even if you cancel it yourself, they will send it again as long as you have enough honor.

Maybe a bug, maybe something i don't understand.
I tried to craft a bionic spine with the purpose to do the advanced one at the obsidia bionic table and the order is ignored. I even can't forced a pawn to do it.

@alijons Unfortunately, there’s not much I can do about that.
It sounds like a conflict caused by completing multiple starting royal title quests at the same time, or third-party mode cause this.

I am sorry for double comment, but I am slightly worried lol. I accepted that quest to help the regent of empire of lords. Upon completion it gave me a title of aspirant AND automatically failed the quest for Novice Ceremony. The fact that this interaction happened concerned me. I know the bestowing ceremony quest says that if you fail it, there will be another opportunity later. Still though, is it expected behaviour that upon being awarded a title from Empire of Lords, you automatically fail whatever Bestowing Ceremony quest you had waiting?

That's good to know! I didn't play for a while and I have various vanilla expanded mods too, I don't remember how the tabs exactly look like. I mostly worried that things like titles tabs or permits tab would end up conflicting or something.

@alijons In the base game, there are no restrictions on obtaining royal titles from different factions.
This means that you can obtain royal titles from Empire(Royalty DLC), Obsidia Empire and Obsidia Mercenary Gangs(Obsidia Expansion), and other mods on a single pawn.

I just got a quest to help someone in exchange for dominance points, and this way I just learned this comes with faction that grands you titles.

Is there going to be a problem if I will accept it with a pawn that holds base game royal title? Can you have both at the same time? I am concerned this would case some conflicts

@Tiscareon Yes, you're right there's currently an issue with the Obsidia Grav Field Extender.
The base game recently changed how Grav Field Extenders work, and those changes haven’t been integrated into Obsidia Expansion yet.
A fix will be released within the next hour or two.

So, large modlist so this could be a me issue. But could it be that the obsidia grav field extenders do not really increase the number of plates you can use? I am having an issue where it does say the correct number with the +500 on the grav engine and i was below that limit. parts of the ships were still red until i devmoded an additional vanilla grav extender in.

@Captain Rex The performance is great in my experience, and I've got a ton of mods installed. If you want you can give it a try with a separate modpack before definitely adding it in your main modpack.

Ну и за моды спасибо, очень качественно и проработано +сразу есть русский, уже давненько всегда играю с этой серией модов, даже когда одисея только вышла и мод не работал с ванилаэкспандедом, я понял что выбираю эти моды так как добавляют больше интересного контента

@GhaliMark @Paspartum For me, 'Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Dryads' works fine with this mod. After many restarts, I figured out that the errors were caused by 'Vanilla Quests Expanded - Cryptoforge'. Disabling it allows everything to run without any issues. Other 'Vanilla Quests Expanded' mods work fine — the problem is only with Cryptoforge. I also have no issues with the other 'Vanilla Expanded' mods. I'm currently using 360 mods, and the Obsidia mods work perfectly.
