it kinda breaks the balance of the game too much, i wish there was a mod for more expensive units and buildings, because now that i have a lot of regions i have too much gold

it looks like the barbarian peoples, gauls, germania, brittons, etc arent expanding at all for some reason. is that from a conflict maybe or are they programmed to sit tight? or maybe expand later in the game?

It may work, but you will probably find all new cities without a garrison when starting a new campaign

This mod seems to work fine alongside Danymok's Rosters Expanded (150+ New Units" mod, despite the warning message.

Hello Good Sir! Finally got your mod to work again today :steamhappy: I had to delete all the contents of the workshop folders, then restart my computer and then re-subscribe to all the mods already added to favorites. But now your mod works on my computer again!!!

Hey, sorry for the late response. I'll check the files again this weekend, changing the name of a settlement is something really easy to fix. And about the glitch, sorry but I don't think I'll be able to help you with that since I haven't experienced anything similar. Have you tried changing the graphic options in the game settings?

Hello. Many thanks for the work done. This is a great mod. I hope you can help me =) I found some typos in the Russian translation of the regions. Let me mark them. In Egypt you use "Переmonya" and it should be "Перемония". In the south of modern France, "Volkатия" is used and should be "Волькатия" and in Ireland, "дарин" is used and should be "Дарин". I hope for your help.

Later you wrote that you fixed it. However, everything remains unchanged for me, although I re-subscribed to the mod. Perhaps you can help me? I also noticed that there is a glitch on the map, when the white lines of trade routes do not disappear from neighboring areas and are constantly visible. They drive me crazy. Maybe someone knows how to deal with this?

Honestly, i love this mod, its most enjoyable for me, but unfortunately, i can't find any good units mod compatible with this one? I want to start new Cartage campaign, but any cartage mode that adds new units and such wont work? Any other good mod that uses this map, you can recommend?

Is there a way to edit the starting troops for a faction? Playing as the Brutii I feel needs a second decent starting army due to Macedon. Macedon's starting towns make nearly 8-10k a turn at the start, and it has wayy higher infrastructure than any of the Roman towns, meaning they pump high level troops out at a ridiculous rate, and lancer spam to the point I can't even defend against it. Round 5 I have 2 full 20 stack Macedon armies besieging Apollonia and the tiny village north of it.

There seems to be an error with this map that shows up in the message log. It says there are too many regions in the text file versus on the map. I counted 198 regions in regions.txt and there are only 196 on the map. Can you look into this?

Hello Nero, I believe this mod still works perfectly.

Hey Hannibal, glad you like the map. This mod only add provinces and resources, you can check the files if you want. I think the AI behave the way it does because of the additional income the new provinces and resources provide. More money, more armies.

I played with a mod once that gave huge income boost to the AI. This had a similar effect of stack spam from the AI... but the diplomats were able to bribe all my settlements and characters so it was almost unplayable. This campaign the AI factions have loads of armies, but have only successfully bribed one settlement so far.

Anyway, strongly recommend this mod plus the one which adds the 150 units. The mods seem to be perfectly compatible, and I am not sure exactly which mod is making the AI so aggressive, but I am sure you will have a really great campaign with these 2 mods active. The map is really good also. Settlement density is perfect. Congratulations for great mod to mod author.

Did this mod alter AI behaviour? I am playing with only 2 mods, this one and another which adds 150 new units.

This is the best campaign I ever played (been playing this game for like 10 yrs). The AI is being really aggressive on all fronts... 1-2 stack armies at several different provinces almost every turn. The romans have mega armies- several stacks moving in one big group, just brutal to fight off.

¿Eliminaste el map.rwm? Igual recomendaría que te cerciores que de que hayas copiado todo en el lugar correcto, ojo que la estructura de archivos de un mod puede ser diferente a la del juego base.

Efectivamente por un error al copiar me salía ese error. Sin embargo ahora, al iniciar campaña, directamente el panel de selección de campaña desaparece, no iniciándose y volviendo automáticamente al menú principal. No he conseguido solucionar esto de ningún modo.

Cerciórate de que has remplazado correctamente los archivos. Lo que el error ese te esta diciendo es que no consigue el string que corresponde a una de las regiones, posiblemente porque no hayas pegado los archivos imperial_campaign_regions_and_settlement_names en la ubicación correcta,que deberia ser Total War ROME REMASTERED\Contents\Resources\Data\data\text

También te recomiendo que borres el archivo map.rwm para que el juego genere uno nuevo con el mapa actualizado

Creo que la versión actual es 2.0.5 o así me lo indica el launcher. Quiero sustituir los archivos de base por los del mod para poder seguir obteniendo logros. En ocasiones cuando voy a iniciar campaña directamente no inicia, ocultándose el cuadro de selección de facciones.
Ahora simplemente crashea mostrando:

El mod funciona (o debería funcionar) con el parche 2.0.4, que sigue siendo la versión actual del juego. Para "instalarlo" no necesitas sustituir ningún archivo, solo lo descargas y lo activas en el lanzador. ¿Puedes explicarme que hiciste exactamente? ¿Qué fue lo que sustituiste?
